Question

How to anonymize (scrub) user information regarding completed loans, fines and fees, requests, and resource sharing requests?

Answer

Go to Alma Configuration > Fulfillment > Fulfillment Jobs Configuration > Anonymization Job

Activate the Anonymization Job and its Rules. Select what to Anonymize (loans, fines and fees, requests, and resource sharing requests), and also the Rules. 

The job which will perform this masking of data is: "Fulfillment - Handle Historical Archiving".

If fine/fee is linked to a returned loan, the information is not anonymized, until payment.

Note that if data is not anonymized, historical loans can be viewed by the user, in Primo.  

Achieved via: General > General Configuration > General Configuration > Other Settings > view_historical_loans_in_primo. (To enable users to see their history of loans, the value is: true)
