    Digitizations requests that are 'stuck' and can't be deleted

    Digitization requests which are not active anymore cannot be deleted, but still appear in the task list of the library.

    Resolution

     

    In order to remove items from the task list, they should be scanned in.

     

    Go to Alma > Fulfillment > Resource Requests: Scan in Items

     

    Scan the barcode, or enter it manually.

     

    Once the item is scanned in it will not be displayed in the task list.
