    Description

We need to add a course and reading list attached to the course.

    Resolution

    1. Go to Alma Menu > Fulfillment > Course Reading > Courses
    2. Click Add Course and enter the course information
    3. Add Reading List
    * In Course List – scroll to far right > Action > Reading List, then click on Add Reading List
    * Fill in Form with reading list information
    * Click Add Repository Citation to search for items (physical or electronic) in the repository to add to reading list
    * Click Add Non Repository Citation – use only if you have a list of citations to load, or if you do not own the item and need to order it
    * Click Add Brief – use for instructor copies for example, for items that are not in your repository (physical or electronic)
