Question

I am running the process “Change Physical Item” and always get results ending with error.
I make a set and then choose it and the process does not succeed.
How come?

Answer

The “Content type” of the set should be “Physical items” and not “physical titles”.
If the set will be of type “logical” then it should be of type “physical items” and not “physical titles”.
Do: Repository search > Advanced Search > Find “Physical Items” > Add conditions > Save Query
Then run the process “Change Physical Item”. When you choose the set see that it states:

• * Type: Logical
• * Content Type: Physical items
