    Invoices in Sent to ERP status

    Question

    If ERP is not used why do invoices go into a status of Sent to ERP?

    Answer

    This is "Sent to ERP" status is only a displayed status. This does not reflect what actually happened with the data.

    Additional Information

    There is a planned development fix to update the displayed status to "Waiting for Payment." This update is scheduled for Q3 of 2014
