Question

Is it possible to create a user group into ALMA without any role?

Answer

Yes, it is possible, but you need to define the role templates accordingly.

1) Create a User Group:  "No Roles" for example
2) Go to "User Configuration Menu" > "Roles and Registration" > "Profiles". Add a profile, call it "No privileges" (or anything else), and save it WITHOUT adding any roles.
3) Go to "User Configuration Menu" > "Roles and Registration" > "Role Assignment Rules".Add a rule where the input parameter is the user group "No Roles", and the output parameter is the profile "No privileges".

Please note: users configured this way will be unable to do anything, neither in Alma nor in Primo.
