Loans with no user group in Analytics

Problem Symptoms:
I do a report of loans in Alma Analytics, and I see that many loans are not attached to any user / user group. Should not every loan have a relation to a user?

Cause:
When reporting loans, in house loans are counted as well. In house loans are not attached to any user.

Resolution:
Please filter by "in house loan indicator = N". You find the in house loan indicator under the "Loan Details" dimension.
