Problem Symptoms:
Errors comes up when working in the MD Editor:

label not found (key:mdeditor.labels.title.error)

Label not found (key:mdeditor.labels.content.error)
Label not found (key:mededitor.labels.button.close)

This is specific to the computer, not the user...

Cause:
The library resolved this issue - it seems to be related to an Add-On for a program called Zotaro.

Resolution:
The user has disabled the Zotero add on and now can get into the editor.
