    Desired Outcome Goal:
Journals (serials) or multi volume series - should enable Resource Sharing request.

For example, vol. 1 is needed by a patron, but because other issues/volumes are on shelf, RS requesting button doesn't display. All volumes are treated equal.

    Procedure:
    Consider changing "check_self_ownership_serial" to "false".

    In:

Fulfillment > Fulfillment Configuration > Configuration Menu > General > Other Settings

    Additional Information

If the parameter is set to True (the default value), self-ownership checks are performed for serial titles and the resource sharing link will be hidden if the serial is not self-owned. If this parameter is set to False, self-ownership checks are not performed for serial titles and the resource sharing link will be exposed regardless of whether the serial is self-owned.
