Description

When listing borrowing resource sharing request, there is a facet "Need patron information". What does this facet mean?

Resolution

When you create or edit a borrowing request in Alma, there is a checkbox "Needs patron information". You may use it in order to indicate that more information is needed to fulfill the request.

All the request where this box is checked are listed when filtered by the "Need patron information" facet.
