Question

During loan (check-out, charge) of a Course Reserves Brief Item, a pop-up note does NOT come up.  Neither for Return (check-in, discharge). Other repository items do trigger pop-up.

How to enable pop-up of circulation note?

Answer

Only a "Public Note" field is created when adding a brief record for a Reading List. 

However, the pop-up note is based on the "Fulfillment Note".

To fix this, add a "Fulfillment Note" in the Physical Item Editor.
