Problem Symptoms:
* Anyone with Cataloger or Cataloger Administrator roles is unable to create a holdings record.

Cause:
No holdings templates in Metadata Editor were marked as Default.

Resolution:
To mark a template as Default, perform the following steps:
1. Go to Alma Menu (F2) > Resource Management > Cataloging > Open Metadata Editor
2. In left sidebar, go to Templates > MARC21 Holdings > Shared
3. For desired template, click Properties
4. Check the "Default" box
5. Save
