When creating a physical item request, some staff members see a checkbox "Override on shelf request policy". Which role/privilege is needed to see this option?

Resolution

By default this privilege ("Override Paging Policy") is part of the Fulfillment Services Manager role only.

Ex Libris staff can also add it to the Fulfillment Services Operator or Circulation Desk Operator roles if required.
