    Description

When creating a physical item request, some staff members see a checkbox "Override on shelf request policy". Which role/privilege is needed to see this option?

    Resolution

By default this privilege ("Override Paging Policy") is part of the Fulfillment Services Manager role only.

Alma Support can also add it to the more Roles as needed, current list is:

    • CIRCULATION_DESK_MANAGER (Circulation Desk Manager)
    • CIRCULATION_DESK_OPERATOR (Circulation Desk Operator)
    • CIRCULATION_DESK_OPERATOR_LIMITED (Circulation Desk Operator - Limited)
    • FULFILLMENT_SERVICES_MANAGER (Fulfillment Services Manager)
    • FULFILLMENT_SERVICES_OPERATOR (Fulfillment Services Operator)

    Additional Information

Refer to the Online Help for more information on "Privileges for Roles in Alma".
