Reports not displaying in Analytics Catalog for some users

Question

Two staff members have the Design Analytics role assigned to them, yet one person cannot see reports in the Analytics Catalog that are viewable by the other person. Why is the first person unable to see these reports?

Answer

Sometimes Analytics reports will not show for a given user because of the value they have selected in the Type dropdown in the Analytics Catalog view. To ensure that they can see all reports in Analytics, users should select "All" in the dropdown. If that user still cannot view the Analytics reports in question, open a case with Support for further assistance.
