    Question

Using NCIP/ILLiad for Resource Sharing, and when opening Scan In to Receive items, get confirmation: "Receiving is required to be done from the dedicated screen. Are you sure you want to continue?".

Clicking "Confirm" or "Cancel" cause the process to end.  Until recently, this action enabled the item's status/process type to be “Hold Shelf”, and patron was notified via email.

    Answer

The library found out that the issue was with the Resource Sharing Library's Opening Hours (they expired). Editing and refreshing the Calendar (plus, running the "Apply Changes"), solved the issue.
