    Problem Symptoms:
"Several Inventory Electronic Collections exist For This CKB Collection" error when trying to activate a CZ portfolio.

    Cause:
Several instances of the CZ collections exist in the institution zone - this happens when several local collections are linked to the same CZ collection.
When trying to activate a portfolio from the CZ collection, Alma has multiple matching collections in the institution, and therefore the activation fails.

    Resolution:
The best practice is to have one collection in the institution linked to a CZ collection. Unifying the collections will resolve this problem.

Another alternative is to activate the portfolio from the institution zone:
From the repository search results, go to Edit Service > Portfolios > Add portfolio from community.
