      Question

Is there a way to figure out which Knowledge Center resources we need to know about issues, functionality changes and other questions before we encounter them?

      Answer

Customers can subscribe to "Articles" in their Support Portal email preferences to receive periodic messages with resources that address current issues, workflows and questions for your product. To subscribe:

      1. Log into the Support Portal
      2. Click Email Preferences on the top menu bar
      3. Check box for Articles, as well as any products you wish to receive messages for.
      4. Click Save.

See attached for additional information on benefits of subscribing to Articles.
