Browser forgets SAML authentication credentials

Question
Several staff report that since the August 2016 release they have not be able to have their Web browser save their Alma User Name and Password. This is true for Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Answer
The library resolved the issue, confirming that the solution was to add the browser add on LastPass.
