Which roles can use the new Shelf Report feature?

Symptoms

The new Shelf Report feature was designed to be available to the following roles:

Repository Manager, Physical inventory operator, and Fulfillment services manager.

At this time the feature is only available for the Repository Manager.

Defect Status

There will be an injection tomorrow (Tue, December 15) to fix which roles can use the Shelf Report feature.
