Question

How come when I search for patron by user ID I do not find him? I go to alma > administration > user management > find and manage users.
Then I put in the user ID 1234567890 but do not find the related user.

Answer

The Find “All” for patrons is actually “All except email and identifiers”.
The e-mail and identifiers are encrypted and not part of the “all” index.
You can find the patron ID via the “identifiers” option from the drop-down box.
