Description

Generate Performance Tracking File is not working correctly.  Selecting this option from the help menu opens the file directory instead of the pop-up message to start the recording.

Resolution

If you are a FEDramp customer (on server NA91), this is expected due to privacy restrictions; support does not have the same access to logs as in other environments so the file would not be useful.  

If you are not on the NA91 server and seeing this issue, please open a case with Alma support.
