Why do I see different pickup locations in Primo and in Alma? How can I align them?
Answer
The reason is that different users were used for the login in Primo and in Alma. The Primo user should have the same user group as the patron on whose behalf you place the request in Alma.
Additional Information
The pickup locations per user group can be defined in the Terms of Use Details. Go to the field "Pickup Locations" and change to the desired value.
