Question

An export job ran successfully, but when I click the "Link to Exported records" I get a "No records were found" result. Why?

Answer

The job was ran with the "Export into folder" parameter set to "private", and therefore the file is in a limited-access location.
The "Export into folder" parameter indicates whether the export job is available to the user running it only (Private) or to all users (Institution).
