    Question

Why does it say 'No Requests' in Items in Department list even though the title can be found when searching in the Resource Request Monitoring?

    Answer

The "No Requests" indicates that there is no *Patron* Request and in your case, the request that can be found in the Request Monitoring screen is a work order request and not a patron physical item request.
