ejournal statistics - report on active unique titles

Desired Outcome Goal:
Determine the number of e-journals that are active in the Institution Zone
Procedure:
Perform an Advanced Search on "Electronic Titles" and apply these conditions on the Portfolios:
1. Availability - select "Available"
2. Material Type - select "Journal"
(For a report on ebooks, filter by Material Type = Book)
Additional Information
The reason is that a search on the title level rather than portfolio will avoid listing duplicate titles.
Still, currently the above two conditions exist only for the Portfolio level.
