Controlled Digital Lending - Long Term Loans

What’s New	Highlights	Impact
Controlled Digital Lending for long term loans. Further reading on the CDL theme page.	Maintain own-to-loan ratio of both physical and digitized copies for long-term circulation. New digital material lending flows will be synced with physical fulfillment to control the number of concurrent copies on loan.	Provide remote access to digital copies while providing tools to align with CDL fair use.
