New Analytics Usage Tracking Subject Area
The Analytics Usage Tracking subject area allows you to create reports concerning the usage of Alma Analytics. For more information, see Analytics Usage Tracking.
Additional Analytics Enhancements
- The PO ERP Number field was added in the following locations:
- Physical Items > PO Line
- Cost Usage > PO Line
- Funds expenditure > PO Line
- E-Inventory > Portfolio PO Line
- E-Inventory > Electronic Collection PO Line
- The Coverage Information Combined and Summary Holding fields were added to Titles > Title Details. These fields allow you to determine the coverage of journals when performing an overlap analysis for physical and electronic inventory.
- The Group5 field was added to the LC classifications dimension in all subject areas in which it appears. This field allows you to create reports using the fifth level of the hierarchy of LC classifications. Note that this level is not available in the Classifications hierarchy field.
- The Total Events using LTI field was added to Leganto Student Usage > Student Usage and Student Weekly Usage. It indicates the usage using a Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) system.
