360 KB: Bacon Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- May 2025
What is happening to the Bacon databases?
ProQuest currently has title-level information for a few Bacon databases in the Knowledgebase. The provider Bacon has decided that those databases are no longer being updated.
The Bacon databases are no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from those Bacon databases and the databases will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on May 8, 2025. Those databases will become zero-titles databases, and no future subscriptions will be possible

This means that these databases (and their titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for these databases. However, the databases will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.
