360 KB: JoVE Core: Molecular Biology Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- September 2024
What is happening to the JoVE Core: Molecular Biology databases?
There are two duplicates databases with the same name as the original database. Therefore, those databases will be deleted and only the original database will remain. The details can be seen in the following table:
Removal DB ID | Removal Database Name | Correct DB ID | Correct Database Name |
---|---|---|---|
AACCE | JoVE Core: Molecular Biology | ABHCU | JoVE Core: Molecular Biology |
ADQWK | JoVE Core: Molecular Biology |
In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from the mentioned databases and the databases will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on September 30, 2024. No future subscriptions will be possible.
This means that those databases (and their titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for those databases. However, those databases will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.
Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before September 30, 2024:
