360 KB: Annual Reviews Open Access from Annual Reviews: Titles Will Be Removed and Database Name Change -- July 2025
What is happening to the database Annual Reviews Open Access?
ProQuest currently has title-level information for the Annual Reviews Open Access database from provider Annual Reviews in the Knowledgebase. The provider has changed this to an index-only database and there is no full-text included in the database.
In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from Annual Reviews Open Access database in the Knowledgebase on July 30, 2025. The database will become a zero-titles database. (NOTE: The database code for this database is ZYWBE.)
This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.
The provider Annual Reviews will also be changing the name of database Annual Reviews Open Access. Therefore, we will be changing the database name in the Knowledgebase. The content of the database, and the database ID ( ZYWBE), will remain the same.
This change will take effect on July 30, 2025:
- Before July 30, 2025: Annual Reviews Open Access
- After July 30, 2025: Annual Reviews Subscribe to Open for non-subscribers
Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds the database name as it appears in the Client Center/Intota to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after July 30, 2025.
- If your library uses a third-party service (such as EBSCO A-Z, etc.), custom scripts to manage data, or other non-ProQuest tools that require the database name to function, you should note the change in ProQuest's database name in order to retain the proper relationship/mapping between those tools.
