360 KB: Consumer Reports Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- June 2023

What is happening to the database Consumer Reports?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the Consumer Reports from provider EBSCOhost in the Knowledgebase.

The database Consumer Reports from the provider EBSCOhost is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from Consumer Reports database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on June 1,2023. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is 2ON.)

Note: The content under Consumer Reports can be found in: EBSCOhost MasterFILE Premier (EMH)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before June 1,2023:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
