360 KB: HighWire Press (Free Journals) Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- April 2023

What is happening to the database HighWire Press (Free Journals)?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the HighWire Press (Free Journals) from provider HighWire Press in the Knowledgebase. The provider has changed this to an index-only database and there is no full-text included in the database.

The database HighWire Press (Free Journals) from the provider HighWire Press is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from HighWire Press (Free Journals) database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on 27 April, 2023. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is RHF.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before 27 April, 2023:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
