What is happening to the database MDPI Open Access Journals?
ProQuest currently has title-level information for the MDPI Open Access Journals from provider Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MDPI) in the Knowledgebase. The provider has changed this to another Database.
The database MDPI Open Access Journals from the provider Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MDPI) in the Knowledgebase is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from MDPI Open Access Journals database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on May 31,2023. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is DKF.)
This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.
Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before 31 May,2023:
