What is happening to multiple ProQuest Congressional Products?
We have been working with ProQuest to ensure that the database names and database-level URLs in several databases are correct. As a result, we have made some changes to ProQuest Congressional and its modules. These changes include database migrations and new databases being added.

Actions you need to take:
- Please review the database migrations listed below, and update the holdings in your Intota or Client Center profile by subscribing to the new database(s) instead of the old database(s). For information on how to update your profile, and considerations prior to removing the old database from your profile:
- If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after the below changes take effect.

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the 360 KB collection policy), the ProQuest Congressional (Database code LXC) and ProQuest Congressional (Database code -R.) databases are now hidden. For continued coverage in Summon, please note the following:

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the 360 KB collection policy), all titles will be removed from ProQuest Congressional Record Permanent Digital Collection (Database code 63D) in 360 KB on February 15, 2017.
