What is happening to the database ProQuest NewspaperDirect PressDisplay?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the ProQuest NewspaperDirect PressDisplay database from provider ProQuest in the Knowledgebase. This database is a duplicate of another database, PressReader (database code PDI).

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase Collection Policy), the database has been hidden and all titles will be removed from ProQuest NewspaperDirect PressDisplay database in the Knowledgebase on 18 June. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is AD9.)

This change will take effect on 18 June:

Before 18 June: ProQuest NewspaperDirect PressDisplay (database code AD9)

After 18 June: PressReader (database code PDI)

Actions you may need to take:
