360 KB: Royal Society of Chemistry Databases: Titles Will Be Removed -- February 2022
What is happening to a Royal Society of Chemistry database?
ProQuest currently has title-level information for a Royal Society of Chemistry databases in the Knowledgebase. The provider is no longer updating this database:
Database Code | Database Name | Alternative Database Code | Alternative Database Name |
---|---|---|---|
ROYLF | Royal Society of Chemistry Free Journals Content Access Online 2008 to end of 2019 | RVUXY | Royal Society of Chemistry Free Journals plus Gold OA Content 2021 |
In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from the database shown above and it will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on February 23, 2022. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible.
Note that, contrary to previous messaging, the Royal Society Of Chemistry Package Gold [C6K] target will not be hidden.
