What is happening to the database Synthesis Lectures on Information Concepts, Retrieval, and Services?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the Synthesis Lectures on Information Concepts, Retrieval, and Services from provider Morgan & Claypool Publishers in the Knowledgebase. Morgan & Claypool Synthesis content has moved to SpringerNature.

The database Synthesis Lectures on Information Concepts, Retrieval, and Services from the provider Morgan & Claypool Publishers is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from Synthesis Lectures on Information Concepts, Retrieval, and Services database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on August 30, 2023. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is 27X.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.
