360 KB: Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Life Sciences Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- March 2023

What is happening to the database Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Life Sciences?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Life Sciences from provider Wiley-Blackwell in the Knowledgebase. The provider has changed this to an index-only database and there is no full-text included in the database.

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Life Sciences database in the Knowledgebase on March 6, 2024. The database will become a zero-titles database. (NOTE: The database code for this database is 75D.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before March 6, 2024:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
