A while ago, we found that some of the Alma CZ records with Arabic/Persian and Cyrillic letters are being presented wrongly.

These records are enriched by CONSER. A technical issue in the enrichment process is causing these letters not to be encoded correctly.

We are working on a long-term solution to improve the CONSER enrichment process, planned to finish this year. The encoding issue will be solved as part of this improvement.
