    Pending Deletion in the CZ Update Task List

    Starting January 12th 2025, we will update the management level of collections scheduled for deletion to "Pending Deletion". This change will apply to collections set for removal in week 6 (February 9th, 2025) and onwards.

    Other details such as reason for removal and replacement collection (if applicable) will be available only in the Release Notes. 

    This change will be reflected in the CZ Update Task List, under the report titled "Electronic Collection 'Management Level in Community Zone' field update". The expected deletion date will be shown alongside the new Management Level in the "After Change" column:

    On the collection level in your Institution Zone, the Management Level "Pending Deletion" will be visible, and the date of the planned deletion will be presented alongside it:
