Global Professional Services is pleased to announce a new virtual, instructor-led training offering, Premium Workshops. These interactive, small-group workshops are designed to provide a personalized experience with a significant practical hands-on component. Each 2-hour workshop will cover a specific topic and will constitute a combination of lecture and hands-on practical exercises. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and sBadge_Premium Workshops.pnghare their screens. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 attendees to enable active participation.

We are also happy to work with you if you would like to schedule training for a group at your organization, don’t see the topic you would like to cover, or would like to request a workshop be delivered in another language. Our standard training offerings can be found on our Consulting Services page, and you may contact premium.services@clarivate.com with questions or for a custom training quote.

Have questions about our workshops? Check out our FAQ, or contact us at training.services@clarivate.com

Refund policy: If you cannot attend a workshop, please let us know at least 10 business days in advance. We cannot give refunds, but we will help you find another session that fits your schedule.
