Can DigiTool files be customized (HTML, JSP, JavaScript, etc...) ?

Answer

These files can be customized, however note these important issues:
1) Ex Libris will not support any issue that will be raised because of this change
2) It is the customer's responsibility to maintain these changes
3) New service packs can override local changes
4) It is the customer's responsibility to integrate new changes that were added by service packs and relevant to the modified files.
