Getting Oracle error: io_z312p_write/ORA-00001: unique constraint violated messa

Description:
I am not able to create a patron record from the Registration tab in MySPace in RD.
I complete all of the mandatory fields and click Submit, but I get "Action failed, please try later."
The www_server log reports the following:

Oracle error: io_z312p_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (D31_DAT01.Z312P_ID) violated

Error [io_z312p]: Unable to write record PATRON1024 ?•x*??k
?“k+?³k??Sk?????????????????????

Resolution:
According to the log you provided, the system was trying to register PATRON1024.
The system was trying to register new users with IDs that already existed.
Perhaps someone updated z312 using the util?
If not, you should try to find out how they have been adding/removing patrons.
To resolve: use util g/2 to set the z312-bor-id to a higher value (say 1060).
