    Replacing stream in Meditor corrupts METS COMPLEX ordered view and structMap rendering.

    Scenario:
    1. Update a METS or COMPLEX child's stream in meditor
    2. Notice hdestreamref fileid is removed, page turner/thumbnail view is corrupted.

    This is planned to be fixed in SP 23 due out in February 2009.
