Description:
The phenomenon has been detected when there are two VIEW or VIEW_MAIN manifestations - and whereby they both have access rights - but whereby only one of the VIEW* manifestations has descriptive metadata.

The solution to this issue is to ensure that in such cases the two VIEW* manifestations have shared descriptive metadata.
