Deleted Resources Still Counted as Belonging to Quick Set

Description:
If an information resource is deleted via the /M interface, it is still counted as "active" when determining the number of
resources associated with a specific QuickSet. While the system doesn't display the deleted resource anymore, the counter is not updated automatically.

Resolution:
The workaround for this situation until this is fixed is to re-create the problematic QuickSet.
An issue is opened for the Development, so that in the future deleted resources will be treated as inactive ones.
