Resolution:
Access to MetaLib-related files on the FTP server, ftp.exlibris.co.il, varies depending on what files you are trying to retrieve. Here are some of the frequently used logins:

1) Service packs

Username: mik
Password: M0zart4
Directory: sp

2) MetaLib Installation Kit (MIK)

Username: mik
Password:M0zart4
Directory: scripts

3) Upgrade Express Kit (UE)

Username: metalux
Password: M0zart
Directory: n/a

We urge you to contact Support before running the MIK or UE.

Other logins, such as those for 3rd party products and Oracle patches, will be provided when requested via support incidents.
