In some cases, categories are duplicated in KnowledgeBase Report

When running the KnowledgeBase Report via the Management Module, some categories might be duplicated.
Categories might get duplicate for a specific resource, in case this resource is assigned to more than one category, while one of these categories has more than one sub-category.
