    Question

How can the Find Databases link be forced to appear on the Primo main menu all the time, not only when a Remote Search scope is included selected search tab?

    Answer

To display the Find Databases link for any search tab, in the Ongoing Configuration > Views Wizard > Tabs Configuration > Edit the relevant tab > select the Display Find in Database check box, save, and deploy the change.

    Additional Information

To display the Find Databases link to the right of the search box, see KCS Article # 21469 Add Find Databases Link to Right of Search Box (https://exlibrisgroup.my.salesforce.com/articles/How_To/Add-Find-Databases-Link-to-Right-of-Search-Box).
By default, the system displays this button only for tabs that contain remote search scopes.
This was added in Primo SP Service Pack 3.0.3 (defect fix # 9043).
