Description:
The Institution drop-down box on the PDS login screen shows 2 identical lines in addition to our organization's line (Yourorg). Why are there 2? We only have one tab_service.yourorg file in the pds / conf_table directory.

Resolution:
In addition to the desired tab_service.yourorg file, a backup file existed in the pds / conf_table directory which was using an underscore at the end of the original file name: tab_service.yourorg_BAK

The system recognizes the underscore as part of the tab_service name, so it recognized 2 Yourorg institutes.
